DESCRIPTION:Join us on May 16th for the grand opening of the Lazy River Forest Therapy Trail at Lazy River Playground and Retreat Center\, newly certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Join us at 10 a.m. for the ribbon cutting as we celebrate this special space designed to invite visitors to slow down\, reconnect with nature\, and experience the restorative benefits of the forest. \nThis peaceful trail offers a setting for mindful walking and reflection and can be enjoyed as a self-guided experience or with a Forest Therapy guide. Inspired by the principles of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT)\, the trail supports meaningful moments in nature that nurture well-being. \nDuring the celebration\, guests will have the opportunity to explore the trail\, learn about forest therapy practices\, and discover how intentional time in nature can support well-being for people of all ages. We look forward to welcoming our community to experience this meaningful new addition to Lazy River Playground and Retreat Center.
