What better way is there to celebrate Mother’s Day! Join Sarah, ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a slow gentle walk awakening our senses and mindfully connecting to nature. This is a wonderful way to reduce stress and anxiety. and remember how good we feel when we spend time outside. We will meet at the pavilion to begin. Please wear comfortable walking shoes/boots and dress for the weather. (Layers are very helpful) Forest bathers often find it useful to have a hat, bug spray, sunscreen and a water bottle.
