Thrive! Retreat – for those on their healing journey from cancer.

This day retreat is free to anyone on their healing journey from cancer.  We will spend the day among the trees and trails learning about the healing properties of the natural world.  We will enjoy forest bathing walks, inspirational speakers, circle time around the campfire, nature inspired creative time, meditation and journaling moments, as well as opportunities to experience other healing modalities.  Space is limited.  Message or call Sarah to register.  860-488-1895
